RETURNS: It's simple and straightforward. If you are returning an item, we must receive the unwanted item before we can issue a refund. The item must be in the same condition as it was received.
For returns, once we receive the item back in the prepaid envelope, we will process your refund. It should take 3-5 business days to appear back in your account.
EXCHANGE: For an exchange, we will send out the new item as well as the prepaid envelope for you to send us back the item that didn't work out.

What if it doesn't fit me?
No problem! If you get in touch within 30 days of your purchase date, you can exchange (or return) the item as long as it doesn't contain any stains or damage occurring after the receipt of goods. Email us at email@example.com with a copy of your receipt or fill out our exchanges form on our website.
What if it's not my style?
That's okay! As long as the item is unused you can return it. We try to make this process as easy as possible. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in the same condition we sent it. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get your return process started.
What if I got it and it's broken?
If you received a damaged product we will replace it, no hassle! We will send you out a prepaid envelope for the damaged product as well as the replacement.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items can only be returned for store credit in the form of an E-gift card.
